Dear Admin , I'm Ghost Rudra Citizen in City. LSPD Officer Blocked my car engine without giving me demands and refuses to show his ID as he was arresting officer. He did not followed a proper arresting process, Fail RP and gave me wrong fine as provoking as you can see all this in my provided proof.
I am innocent and I have a lot of hopes for getting justice.
