2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason for which I want to become the leader of Government -
2.1 - I have good leadership skills with good past experience as I was Chief of Police in another project with same rules as Grand Rp but now I left all RP Servers except Grand RP. So, Please don't judge me on the basis of my age in city.
2.2 - I was High Command in the Government. So, I know about all functions of Government very clearly and I want that everybody will get justice.
2.3 - I want there will be the proper rules without any discrimination.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 - To increase RP there must be the proper guidance by seniors that I will provide to my employees if I will be selected.
3.2 - Good and Friendly HR team to teach the employees that how can they increase RP.
3.3 - I think that to increase our RP we have to be in city for a good time if will manages to give time in the city our RP will definitely increase.
