Rejected Mass Rule Breaks | 21055 & 61889 (LSPD and SAHP respectively)

I got inside DOC, (POV not Available from there) and after some chilling and Joyful roleplay, LSPD comes out of nowhere and cuffs me, SAHP hops in to process me.
Rest of the rule breaks and all is in the 7 and half minute POV, thanks

Rule Breaks - Fail RP, PG, Professional Misconduct, Unprofessionalism.
Fail RP - Didn't say cuffing you, or just looked in my pockets for my identity, didn't give a chance to show my passport to him.
PG - Putting in Jumpsuit while I am walking, cuffing while I am walking, searching while I am not in rest.
Misconduct - SAHP guy just came and took me himself to process me for no reason.
Unprofessionalism - Guy eating popcorn while I am getting arrested.

And if there are any offtopic comments or Toxic Comments such as - "Bro show the part where you were waving me!" or any "Show The part" type of comments, I really recommend opening a Different Forum Against me.

LSPD and SAHP should get punished due to their unit breaking rules in mass. This might come in place due to the training structure.
Well, at least both SAHP guy and LSPD Guy should get punished. It's alright, I am just thinking at some sight of my mind that LSPD.
Since I am not targeting anyone, rest is on to the Best Admins!

I will explain you each and every point mentioned by you in report description : -

1) Cuffing/Dragging without saying anything is not Fail RP, you can see the automated commands in the chat.
2) Cuffing while you are walking is not PG, its PG when the officer cuff or drag you while he is running.( You were walking non-stop, its not Officer's issue ) and same goes for searching while you are not in rest and putting in jumpsuit!
3) Professional misconduct + Unprofessionalism while you are getting arrested its totally IC issue, no OOC rule break here! Also there is no issue with SAHP guy taking lead & doing arrest process!


You can hire a lawyer and do further process ICly, there is no OOC rule break. However we will talk with orgs to be more professional ICly!

ID 66681 will receive a punishment for PG ( Using family chat while in cuffs )​
