Upon reviewing I have decided the following
Here you were given demand by the suspect so we cannot say it's RDM. Demands were properly given.
But after the demand was given you didn't fear for your life while you were pointed a gun instead you were running around the person. So, as I see, this falls under Fear RP.
Therefore, thread owner ID 149425 will receive punishment for Fear RP.
