Life Story :
Xavier was born in a small village in India where he spent 10 years of his life and it was nice and peaceful. He needed to move to another bigger city because of his father's work problems. He started going to school there and he couldn't do anything he doesn't like big changes and this was very hard for him especially when he was bullied by a school bully group nearly every day which gave him a lot of trauma. He started going to fighting classes and at a young age, he started driving. In his fighting classes, he was really good and he draw the attention of some other good fighters but they were very bad guys. They teach him about fighting even better, about driving and how to steal cars, how to get any info he wanted, they even did some robberies of small shops, and they taught him how to use truth serum. After all of that, he got a lot of experience. After 8 years of doing crimes like that police tracked him down and he got arrested and that's the last time Xavier saw his parents. In prison, he met a lot of experienced criminals like car thieves, house robbers, drug dealers, bank robbers, criminal masterminds, and more. He spent 2 years in prison but in that 2 years he got a lot of intel on everyone in prison and he made a crew escape. 6 of them escaped prison and they left India. Their stop was the State of San Andreas. They came there but FIB tracked them down quickly and 5 of them got caught, Xavier escaped and changed everything in his life which was hard for him again but he passed that he choose to be a good guy this time and he joined the National Guard where he spent a lot of time.
Career Story :
Xavier is in National Guard now for a few years and he has a lot of experience in how it works, he got a high position there and he is head of the most powerful department in the National Guard. After he found out his NG friend Andrej was corrupted he decided to think after all of those years of him doing criminal acts as a kid and as an adult he decided with his position he can get a lot of intel he can sell or he can buy from others. His friend Andrej left NG right before FIB tried to arrest him and that was enough for Xavier to go into criminal life again but this time within NG. He will start selling info when ammo runs are gonna happen and maybe buy info when attacks on NG will happen, he will do NG's job and secretly earn money in illegal ways like robbing people or atm or anything actually. Xavier will always be ready for action with having legal or illegal stuff on him ready to defend himself cause that was his mistake he got arrested the first time. Xavier started using drugs when he was 16 years old in stressful situations and he will start doing it again.
