I came out of the Tattoo Shop after inking a Guy just shot me without any proper RP (Without no warning not at all speaking) after killing me. he was doing the vehicle vehicle theft. Also I want him to pay for the Car if its Possible because it was clearly a FRP Situation by this 90744,I hope u guys check and Confirm this.
