Rejected ID GOT BANNED

Hey There!
On 14th August 2024, at 18:52, I got a popup that due to ANTI-CHEAT #1013, ID-357320 got banned for 9999 days, by Admin- Napal Fedorov. I was completing my jail time in the demorgan. 10 seconds of my jail time was left and in that interval some player start hitting me randomly, in my defence I also hit him 6 to 7 punches. When my jail time got completed, suddenly a message came that you got banned, reason- ANTI-CHEAT #1013 for 9999 days, by- Napal Fedorov. I provided the image of proof that I was in the jail and I think I did not did anything wrong. Please please please look into this matter.
