2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2A. When I first joined the Grand RP server, I always wanted to be a part of the law enforcement organization (LEO). NG was the first group that gladly welcomed me as one of their own. From that day, I knew that I wanted to become the leader of this great organization one day. Joining NG has shown me the importance of self-discipline, commitment, and, most importantly, what it takes to become a leader. During my time at NG, I have witnessed a lot of respect from the lowest rank, being private 1, to the highest in command. NG gives all ranks the opportunity to lead from the front, even in simple tasks like doing an ammo run. This is something I would like to continue, especially with units proving themselves and giving me no other reasons as to why they don't deserve leadership roles.
2B- The departments within NG are essential to the success of our organization. I have had the opportunity to be a part of all the departments during my time at NG, and I have come to realize their importance. Ensuring that these departments are led by the best individuals will greatly impact NG's overall success. Additionally, establishing strong relationships with other organizations is crucial for our success, as we provide ammunition to them while they also help us protect our base.
2C- The units in NG currently work from 12:00 to 22:05 IC time. I want to change this by having active units available before and after this time, with a fair bonus system in place. It's important that NG is available at all times of the day to assist with DOC watch and global events such as hostage situations or 24/7 store robberies.
3. Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
3A- Revitalizing RP within the NG organization is essential. Units will be stationed at gates to inquire about citizens' reasons for being there and to ensure compliance with the entire recruitment process and base protection procedure.
3B- Implementing radio codes will highlight the significance of RP within the NG organization. Units will be trained to memorize and utilize these codes during my leadership of NG.
3C- Involving other organizations, such as emergency services (EMS), is crucial. EMS is vital to our ability to operate efficiently. Establishing a solid relationship with an organization like EMS will benefit both sides.
3D - Departments within NG
Human Resources – The human resources department is one of the most crucial departments in all law enforcement organizations. This department must be efficient because it is responsible for hiring the right personnel and training them to become the best possible Soldiers they can be.
Public relations - Having a Public Relations department will be key in engaging with the citizens of Los Santos. This department will generate interest in joining NG and help build a strong relationship within the city.
SOD - The realization that NG's boats are not being utilized was disappointing. I would like to have the option to use these boats, especially in situations such as subs and hostage situations at the pier, which only the (SOD) will have access to. Also, utilizing the areas we have around us for scenario training, such as the yacht and forest near the NG base.
Air Force - Having a unit in the air at all times will be crucial for keeping our base well-informed about the locations of gangs. Ensuring that Air Force units use proper radio calls will improve the roleplay situation within this department."
Military Police – This department will ensure all soldiers are performing at their best. With regular checks on the soldiers for example license checks, background checks trunk inspections and much more.
