I was recently punished for mass VDM and Politics in game and would like for it to be looked at closer. As seen in the linked forum reports I was at a ghetto patrol with my helicopter messing with some "friends" from LSPD, as seen in the footage I crash my helicopter directly into the members of the Police Department. Obviously I knew that this was against the rules and did it out of ignorance of them. I have since reflected and learned from my mistakes, specifically the VDM. I understand the double warning and accept the punishment, where I think Xerxes potentially abused his power was in the punishment of politics. A few things are incorrect with this punishment, after I saw he posted me on forums for my VDM I requested he took the video down. Obviously I was messing around as I was aware that I had broken the rules, moments later he walked away when I said "I'm sorry I 9/11'd you". Now obviously this is an insensitive and distasteful joke, but again, no rule saying it is not allowed. After I said it I even confirmed with gods that it was okay to say in game (Not against the rules), they said that it was an IC issue. I don't have a screenshot of this statement by the admins but feel free to look through my admin ticket logs. Another thing I would like to add is that 9/11 is not a political topic by definition, the definition of political is "relating to the government or the public affairs of a country", "relating to the ideas or strategies of a particular party or group in politics", "the activities of governments concerning the political relations between countries.". I understand that 9/11 had political consequences internally and between relations with the united states and the middle east. But in the context that it is said in, it is not political, it is purely and adjective to describe what I did earlier that day. Another thing I would like to add is that when I woke up and found out I was banned, it said 7 days, I was irritated but understanding of the punishment as my rule breaks were very impactful. I was disheartened to see that, after coming back from the shower, my ban had been extended to 14 days without a proper explanation. I am requesting that James/Alex look into this matter and do what they see fit as I believe that a 14 day ban is very out of proportion.

first off you didnt have to mention 9/11 in any way you could just say sorry for crashing into you and second 9/11 was one of the most political events of the century and a lot of people might feel offended by it so i suggest you read upon than while youre banned

Again, as I said it had political effects but the way I used it in my sentence was a descriptive one. The act of bombing someone is not political and I was using the 9/11 attacks to describe what was happening. It would be reasonable to ban me if I said something that was directly involved with politics. An example could be "Al-Qaeda were in the right", this is clearly a political, radicalistic statement that may cause irritation. Me bringing up the 9/11 attacks, not in their political aspect but in their terroristic nature is not political. Sure the intentions of the terrorist were political ones, but that doesn't mean that anytime its brought it up needs to be political.

Adding on to that can you explain how an admin (forgot his name) said that 9/11 jokes are an IC issue, it seems to me that you got offended by what I said and are taking it out on me. I believe the admin to tell me that it was an IC issue was Chester Kaelvin, not certain but fairly sure.
