Rejected Ban for GR 6.17

Hello Dear Admins! I hope you are doing well, this is a Ban appeal request, I was recently banned for GR 6. 17 I asked an admin if an app called medal is legal and he said yes and I have seen many people using medal and a few days ago I opened a forum using the same medal app but the admin didn't ban me and I thought medal is legal and my amd software is not working properly so I am using medal to register I don't know if it is legal or not but BUT the admin told me yes it is legal, that's why I was using it, please give me the first and last chance I swear I will never do this again please give me this time and I didn't know if it was legal or not if the medal app is illegal I will never record with it, if I know it is illegal I will never do it please forgive me this time I love playing b game I play like 9-10 hours out of this game please unban me for this
