Dear Lebron,

I am writing this forum against the wrong decision done by Administrator Rich Zainn. First of all, I want to make clear that I DID NOT SCAM. I just gave few fines to my fellow officer which counts as an IC issue stated by the admins and I don't deserve any OOC punishment for that. There must be some misunderstanding by the administrator and I got banned for 1.3. Therefore, I request you to reconsider the decision because I didn't commit any fraud to anyone, I just gave few fines.

I hope that you will try to solve my problem and justice will be served. As I have spent my precious time and money to have fun in this game during holidays.
