As you can see ID 47198 blatantly shot me from hq. I went to go punch him for literally no reason at all but he was out of HQ so I did, and then he ran into hq to shoot me.

I need to be sure that you were not also provoking. Provoking is a rule break as well. An 8 second clip shows zero context to how the situation came about. I think context is warranted to be sure both parties receive adequate treatment.

i already deleted the old copy, can maybe he send his pov, even fly in on him in the city because he believes since i punched him he can shoot me. he doesn’t even know the rules
