Rejected - Event Rule 1.3 & 1.18 POV request | 16269, 7148 & 2 more

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report. This roof is accessible from inside the circle, there is no rule break here.

I made a report requesting for POV for 4 players.
Another admin was handling the report.
only 1 player submitted POV. 3 others have not.
The report was for event rule 1.18 which states "it is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event has already started."

The roof that was used by the players to enter the event area CANNOT BE ACCESSED once event has started.

Yet, despite another admin handling the report, despite 3 other players not submitting their POV despite a valid POV request, Jad rejected the report saying 'the roof can be accessed from inside the event' which is not what the report is about.

That roof that they used to enter the zone cannot be accessed from the outside once the event has started without the use of a heli. which was what they used to enter the zone.
