Hello,
I received a 60 day ban for Gen Rule 1.1, but I am confused as I've never shared my account with anyone ever. I've logged in while traveling from my laptop (I believe only when traveling for work to Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. But I've never logged in from any device besides my Laptop or my Desktop. I don't know why this ban was given as I don't believe I've violated any rules.
If possible - if I could please have the ban lifted so I could resume playing, or at least be explained what my violation was - because truly no one other than myself, from my two owned devices, has ever logged into GrandRp on my account.
It appears I DO have two rockstar social accounts, and can show proof on same computer / IP Address / etc.

I was unaware I even had two rockstar socials. I must've accidently created new ones when purchasing GTA V vs. RD2. My sincerest apologies for the confusion.
