Leader of Bloods
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Being leader of the Bloods is a demanding but also extremely rewarding task. I have been able to gather a lot of experience and I feel responsible when I am leader of the Bloods to protect and represent the needs and interests of all gang members. As leader of the Bloods, I want to be a role model for the members and help them to develop their skills and talents and I want to ensure that everyone in the gang is treated fairly and equally and that no one is disadvantaged or favoured. Another reason I want to be leader of the Bloods is the opportunity to make decisions that can improve the lives of the gang. I am prepared to make difficult decisions that will not always be popular, but ultimately have the good of the gang in mind. I believe that I have the necessary leadership skills and experience to successfully serve as the leader of the Bloods. Most importantly, I want to help the gang get through difficult times and grow together as a gang. As the leader of the Bloods, I want to help everyone in the gang realise their full potential.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My goal as leader of Bloods is to try to promote Crime RP, gain respect from other gangs and government agencies, and have members behave normally amongst other gangs. This means being active and not just being at HQ. going events for the promote RP not just staying at HQ. I hope that there are many people who are active and show interest, because this way we show full manpower. I will try to have regular feedback sessions with members to solve problems and conflicts. Activities in the gang as a whole are very important to us, whether it is socialising with other gangs or civilians, or spraying.
