Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been in the server for quite a while now, and I have had experience in most of the legal orgs, and all of the illegal orgs, I have been a part of majorly all Roleplays in the game , I have enjoyed the RP life really well till now , but now I wanna take a step forward and experience the Roleplay of an Admin.
Now to answer the question of why I want to become and admin,
I want to become an admin to help the players of the server with each and every issue they have , to assure that the rules of the server are being followed, to punish the players misusing,evading and exploiting the rules and creating a displeasing enviornment.
Along with this I have a very personal reasons to become an admin, i as a person, am very curious and keen by nature, when I am free I just open the forums site and start watching the forums uploaded by the players , I always wish to provide justice to the players suffering from rule breaks by others, I love watching forums and reviewing them, and that is another reason why I want to become an admin.
What are your strengths?
My strengths are:
- Great Understanding Skills
- Really Quick Learning skill
- The ability to learn from My mistakes as well as others mistakes
- Great Communication Skills
- I can Easily Encourage people to do the right things.
- A kind Heart
- Great decision making
What are your weaknesses?
My weaknesses are:
- I easily Trust people
- A little sensitive
- Bad aim
- Anger issues(I have worked on them)
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring various skills to the admin team, like fast replies and solutions to the players , high number of forum reviews with correct decisions, I would help and encourage everyone to live a happy life in the server and love each other, do fun activities to keep everyone engaged and love the server,players and admins more.
Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes for sure, Becoming an admin and helping everyone is much more desired work for me
Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
Yes, but just for a week I guess , but not going to completely stop playing , maybe reduce an hour or so, due to some irl work in first week of September. (Not too much )
Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Yes, looking at my application you would surely think that I need more experience in the city and I may not be capable of becoming admin rn, but , according to me I have adequate experience to work for the server and it's players
Lastly , about my background check, you may see bans and way too many threads I have posted which are rejected due to various reasons , about them I would like to clarify that, many of those were uploaded when I was completely unaware about how to post forums, and how this website of forums, work.
Now after hours of looking at threads , learning all the rules of the server , of the forums, I have become very well versed about all of them.
