When you are handcuffed, it appears in the top left corner the action that was made. I do not need to verbally tell you that I am handcuffing you especially as you deliberately intended to get yourself arrested. As I tried to explain to you ICly, any action that an officer takes such as "grabbing you by the arm" or "letting your arm go" appear in the left side of the screen. Those things do not need to be verbally told to you. Actions such as me placing you in a vehicle and removing you from a vehicle or when you are at the jail, when you are placed into your jumpsuit, these actions need to be verbally commanded as they do not appear in the top left side. But go ahead and let an admin educate you really fast regarding BASIC rules.
