Rejected i got unfairly banned

hey ,
my name is "eizlan" and i was playing today for like 2h and i was doing lumberjack job for almost 40 minute to do a weekly battlepass mission (getting 35 timber) and saddenly i got banned for 9999 days with no worning or even talking or anything !!!

i'm clean i never did or tryied to do something illegal like cheating , (i was having bad internet like a verybad one it's maybe the reason why i the unticheats got activated)

but i don't have a proof i wasn't recording or anything (i was choping wood for 40minut who record that !!!)

finaly i would like to get unband because it's unfairly and i'm ready to help admin to clear my sitution
