2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have spent many terms being High command of Law Enforcement organisations as well as being in the national guard, department of Justice and Government, With this experience I have gained over my time in the city I feel that now is the right time to apply this experience and to be leader of the San Andreas Highway Patrol.
Reason A: Professionalism
I believe that having fun is an important factor for a strong term of leadership as long as it is at the right time and place, I believe that it is always possible to do well in organisations whilst having fun and keeping the roleplay standard great, so under my leadership people will be allowed to have a joke with their friends and fun but when we need to be professional we will and we will hold that level of professionalism throughout all of our duty's weather that be standing at insurance or at ACC.
Reasons B: Public Interests
In the last few terms I have seen an increasing and concerning amount of criminal/gang activity on the highways jeopardizing the citizens safety, which leads to more problems for the city since people are to afraid to use the highways resolve this problem I will build a strong Highway Patrol Department as well as having troopers patrolling at all hours day and night.
Reason C: Leadership
As I said above I have been in many terms within Law Enforcement organisations as well as the National guard and DOJ, with this experience I feel a need to use my knowledge to lead an outstanding term and make SAHP as great as possible and push the expectations of people.. Under my leadership I really believe that The San Andreas Highway Patrol can fully thrive and be a respected organisation where people want to join weather that be them starting their career in the city or if its them bringing their experience to the organisation to benefit it.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
To improve the level of roleplay in the organisation I will try my up most to host global events very frequently as well as building a very strong Public Relations Department to host fun and entertaining events for the citizens to get involved with.
