Rejected admin making a wrong decision

i was driving with a high speed which is not against the law of rp and then some1 is in the middle of the road reviving some1 else i couldnt stop cuz i was speeding and i think that it is fine cuz i dont have them magical brakes and then the i get prisoned for cr for 120 minutes even though i had nothing i could do in that situation ....u can see in the video that i tried to stop before hitting them my speed was high and it dropped to half of what it was but i wasnt enough to stop
