I am reaching out to address a recent ban I received due to allegations of scamming, which I firmly believe are based on a misunderstanding. Here is a detailed account of the situation:
The person who reported me was a former friend with whom I had an amicable relationship. He provided funds for organizational purposes, and although he never requested repayment, I voluntarily returned half of the amount after six months. Subsequently, he insisted I keep the remaining funds. Our relationship took a turn when a disagreement arose over organizational rank, which led to a larger conflict.
As my term was concluding, i was going for admin and i did became an admin, he reported me for scamming in what seems to be a retaliatory action. It is important to note that this individual has since been banned from the server for scamming involving Grand Coins and other funds.
I am committed to resolving this matter fairly and am more than willing to provide any additional information or evidence required to clear up this misunderstanding. I have all the proofs.

First of all, the point of view that hyper guy showed was four months old and he waited for me to become admin and posted that POV. Secondly, the man deceived higher-ups by lying repeatedly in his own point of view. He never asked me to return the money, even though I never asked him to give me 2.8 million in the first point of view. I am grateful for his efforts to help me, but in his own perspective, he never asked me to return the money in the second point of view. I asked him for assistance, and he provided it, giving me 600k in the end. Throughout the four months, he never once asked me about anything.
Point to be noted: In his proof he never asked me to return the money then how am i banned for scamming.
Its been 5 months and i have been banned and if u would check my history this was my first ban. I really miss my EN2 friends and memories. Please sam look into the matter.
