Rejected Just jailing for nothing

this officer name martin pluxury jailed me for reckless driving and i was working as farmer with my tactor cultivation destroy i just gone to repair it and then when i was going back to the field for work the officer stopped me and just said you are under arrest of reckless driving were do we repair that instead of the place and i didnt even hit that guy so whats the problem of that guy to arrest for basically no reason
