I was checking the EMS application and waiting the meeting with our leader about the new new PH system and then some one come to me and ask me about EMS email because he want to join when I was helping him I saw some one come there and start doing bad things when I was try to request help from weather but no one come so I send request again and I tell him what he was doing to see the weather but unfortunately he wasn't there so when he come I asked him and he told me to upload form in Government site
