Background and story for the Family and how it came together:
The Cult is an organization formed from likelihood thinkers based on the beliefs of the "EPSILON PROGRAM" cult. Due to the government turning down any ideas of "EPSILON PROGRAM" becoming an officially recognized religion, the decision has come to create an organization with the base of operations inside Vinewood hills.
The key belief of the epsilon program is that upon proving ourselves to the gods we will all be given access to the alien overlords which in the afterlife will provide us with powers unknown to man.
We hold meetings at the redacted meeting location to come together and praise Kifflom.
We plan to find more people in the city that we can convert to our beliefs and become part of "The Cult" we have a very specific outfit to be worn by all members attending our events and welcome all new open-minded individuals.

- The Unknown Men - This rank is a trial rank for new people to get to understand how we work and see if they are suitable fits.
- The Shrine - This rank is the first promotion and the real you are now a member rank
- The Seven - This rank is for trusted family members where we are comfortable with your ability
- All Seeing Eye - This rank will be the first rank that can recruit new people to the family (Moderator / jr HC)
- KIFFLOM - This is the top rank in our org and is only given to leaders and deputies.
