Rejected ban request

Hello

In a game, a player came to me and was cheating. I thought it would be a good idea to report this on the forum, so I did. Afterward, I removed the forum post, thinking it was the right thing to do. However, when I logged in this morning, I discovered that I have been banned for 30 days. The reason given was using an external screen recording tool.

Since my NVIDIA screen recording causes my game to freeze, I use Windows' built-in screen recording feature instead. I do not consider this to be an external or third-party screen recording tool. I kindly request a review of this ban, as I believe it may have been a misunderstanding.
