Dear wizard, all regards from me.
First of all this guy in POV is possibole a hack, cuz as u can see he was boosting the car not a little bit no, but so much, as much as its unusual.
When i saw him i was ok maybe its internet issue, but when his car just flew in the sky, me and my friend were shocked, ( and sorry for MG).
So i hope u do a PC check for him and make sure he is a normal player
