im sorry for being a bit toxic, but they did car ramming on me 2 times for no reason at all, and i fcking hate VDM and CR players so thats why i was a bit toxic. im never toxic like that otherwise

First of all im not allowing OOC Insults, Your POV is only 4 seconds as you can see and we have right to reject here IMPORTANT - Rules for filling a complaint. Your Evidence was not enough for giving punishment. You can open another complaint with your POV which is longer.

a printscreen should be enough for a OOC insult, there is no reason to provide 1 minute pov, because there is no demands or anything like that involved, its just an OOC report. nothing else

even if i did something illegal 1 minute before this situation, it dosnt matter, he is still not allowed to OOC insult. just because someonelse break the rules dosnt mean he can break the rules also, you should know this
