Life Story:
Mert was born in Turkey. Mert was a child of avarage family his dad was State Employee and he decided to go from his fathers way and also thing about become a politician. Because of some bad sides of his country he always wanted to leave and move to Los Santos for better life and he worked hard for it he put years on it. And one day he learned that his big brother got attacked by gangs and lost his life and it let Mert to be more effective in his career plans he needed to finish his school to move another country and until the school ends he worked hard for his lessons and he also improved himself for a job such a LEO he gained strong and he improved his shooting skills in private polyogns and it was time to move Los Santos the beatiful city... He have a good knowledge and he was easy learner so he get used to city easily it was better than his dreams and his thoughts. Finially he was ready to do his dreams.
Career Story:
Once Mert is arrived to Los Santos he worked in decent works such a Taxi Driver , Post Officer , Firefighter , Electrician and he also work as trader until he meets the requirements to become State Employee and LEO. Mert founded GOV appropriate for himself and joined it after working day and night and grinding mert became a High command in Gov , being an high command Mert's relation with the governor increased everything was going smooth like a butter
Mert was climbing the rank ladder his relationship with the governor was increasing until one dark day...
When Mert was accused of corruption even when he never did that. Mert's hard earned respect was all gone because of just one fake allegations.
With the corruption allegations , mert was removed from the GOV
He was heartbroken and had no where to go.
Because of being unemployed and had money left before after sometime he found himself in gang he was no more old Mert , he was changed and his heart was filled up with anger. He made his life back in gang and earned some money. Mert's story took attention of Mr. General and he wanted to see his knowledge and everything went good and he got invited to NG but the fact is the General didnt know Mert was a part of gang before and have a evil in his heart. Mert was unsure because of his brain was trying to stop him but Mert's heart was all broken... So he decided to be a Corrupt Soldier.
Outcomes:
1. Mert can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
2. Mert can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
3. Mert can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4. Mert can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
5. Mert can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
6. Mert can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
7. Mert can take contracts or start random prison breaks due to his mental issues. (with Darknet task or using USB)
8. Mert can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
9. Mert can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
10. Mert can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
