FIB is the Core of the city, The heart, and thus here I present my application within all of you. Indeed FIB is one of those orgs that requires a high class to maintain.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I) The Main Department : FIB is one of the most prestigious organization is the city. In order to keep this legal organization active and strong you need to have dedication, intelligence, Honesty and Punctuality. As a Leader, These are the qualities that I would bring to FIB. With me holding high command positions in several other legal organizations and becoming the HOD of HR in FIB Granting Fair and Equal Promotions as well as Punishments To those agents that could have led us to millions in lawsuits, I believe my experience is Valid and takes what it to be, to become a leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau. I would also be keeping a close eye on what happens within FIB and outside of the department.
II) Decision Making : I feel like as a leader, it is very important on how you make decisions rationally and maturely within the department. In order to do that I would personally build a strong and dedicated high command team that would help me carry out the mission of FIB, non-toxic relationship with other departments and having a professional and open environment around you within the organization . I would be focusing on building relationship with other organizations and cleaning up the reputation of FIB as well as interact with them so that everything is coordinated and runs smoothly resulting in a healthy relationship in all departments . As an effective leader I would also make sure that I am committed to the success of the organization and the agents.
III) Internal Affairs and Integrity : The Internal Affairs team is one of the most essential structures and backbone of any organization It investigates incidents and viable suspicions of law-breaking and professional misconduct attributed to officers on the force. I would be recruiting solely relied agents In IA so as to, avoid any risk of "Leaking" The IA Information as some of the "Class 1" Case is strongly classified. I separated the Internal Affairs department from the normal HR Department, this ensured that there was no information being leaked which could cause damage to org in any way or the other. There would be evidence files created every time and the punishment will be decided accordingly with a proper discussion. For me integrity, truthfulness and fairness are core attributes that I wanna see in FIB if I get the leadership.

IV ) Planning activities : As a leader, I would like to plan additional activities that would keep the agents engaged. That would be using the Dogs and making a Spec Ops Unit in specifically consisting of dogs forming a K9 Unit. In this particular term Undercover department wasn't as productive as I would want it to be, The amount of evidence collected on gangs fairly reduced. One of the most important changes I would bring is increasing the productivity of the Undercover department. I would be adding a few more branches, namely criminal and services branch. This Particular branch would be working directly with the Undercover department and will be responsible specially for high level and high risks undercover work.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
I) Imagine yourselves as the character you are posing as, The best outcome of any RP scenario is the people Included I will make sure that any kind of mixing is to be avoided. Mixing is the worst thing a person could ever expect in a RP situation, Therefore me along with the high command team will ensure that any kind of mixing is avoided in order to have the best outcome.
II) FIB Will be Collaborating with other legal orgs, To help improve there as well as our tactics, Just like a teacher learns from there students, FIB Could learn something new as well, whilst being with other orgs.
III) The High Command of FIB will Ensure that no server rules are being broken whilst, Them being in the org to avoid any conflicts in RP.
IV) Instead of taking negotiations to OOC, And claiming you cant demand "that" and breaking the RP by saying "1 demand 1 hostage", I will try my best to keep the negotiations IC and if there is any particular rule break we can report it afterwards.
V) Communication with other orgs is a key part, as everyone should get a chance in a RP situation.
