Sir, I have two accounts in EN 3: one named "Desi Legend" and another for my little brother named "Light Grand." My brother, unaware of the rules, sent a parcel to my account because he only remembered my ID number. He was influenced by family members, believing that giving items would make me happy. I understand this was wrong and have explained it to him. We both received permanent bans, but I sincerely request forgiveness. I assure you this mistake won’t happen again, and I kindly ask you to reinstate our accounts.
