We were going to DOC with 10-15 but when we were going we saw someone over speed so I requested him to stop and give him a fine or arrest him if he tried to run because it's (3.5 Failure to comply and I can arrest him) so I request him to stop but when I saw he speed more I give him engine blook and he left
