Rejected Mass Family Rule Break RDM No Demands | Dinero Family

The Family was having a meeting outside the city and ''Dinero Family'' pulled up with 5+ members and started shooting Randomly at other Family members.
I pulled up to them asked if he was dinero then Dinero proceeded to RDM me and the Family with out and Demands and no RP..

6.16 During robbery of person, armored car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be at least 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN

If Proper Script was followed i wouldn't be wasting the Admins and my time reporting this incident.. But, since the City Rules where not followed and there was no RP as well so here we are..

Wont let people that don't wanna follow rules hence ruin the RP for me, My Family, and others in the City..
I will always report and its just better to follow the rules then end up here
