Dear chief admin , I received a penalty (GR 6.15) in an incomplete manner, please reconsider and review the entire video, first the video did not reach a full minute, second he intentionally hit my car (CR) and before that he tried to kill me with his weapon but he did not put all the points of view and you can notice that when he got out of the car the weapon was in his hand this means that he did not put the entire video and unfortunately I do not have a complete video but this does not mean that he should not be punished, please punish him according to the rules of the game and thank you
