There was a store robbery, and as you can see from the POV, I spotted that guy and was shooting at him, as did some other LEOs. You can see at 0:16, ID 2902, after getting shot at by me, enters the animation of using a Medkit, which is clearly PG, healing while getting shot at.
To further prove he healed in a gunfight, at 0:17, you can see from me aiming at him, the health bar is almost gone, but if you skip over to 0:22, you can see me aiming at him, his animation finishes and his health bar is back to full, which means he was indeed using a Medkit in that time frame of getting shot by multiple LEOs.
