tahahha, are you srsly taking this as sexual harassment xD? im doing that emote because you refuse to step out of the car, you only wanna do CR spam. and in the begining of the video you can see me do the emote, so its not like im trying to hide/edit away something. it has nothing to do with sexual harassment. if you feel harrased you can just drive away. just stop the CR and problem solved, i hate cr players

Mercy Kill has strange explanation - Mercy killing is where you Kill someone to avoid an RP situation for example someone is being arrested and you kill them ( took from here ) thats correct Mercy kill can be happen from teammates only side to avoid RP processes ( rob , kidnap, arrest , and etc) So when u finishing enemy after gunfight cant be recognized as MK cause ure not friends and u dont want to protect guy from any RP situation.

But in grand is considered always as MK.

I did the same to enemy before and used your same reasoning but still got punished for MK, rules are the same for everyone. Proof is here by the admin: Approved - MK | 78364
