i was wanted by the state. This guy came and gave a fine to my car when there were multiple cars standing there and then i said why you giving fine to my car. He directly cuffed me and said you are wanted by the state. He didnt verified my passport or any thing he did no RP there. i know he is corrupt but still he cant brake OOC Rules of Fail RP. My question is how he knows thats me, when he didnt verified my passport before detaining. I guess he was Targeting me after watching my ID. I got no chance of doing RP. He can deny a Lawyer but a Lawyer was already Present and still he was Processing me. In this way any corrupt can arrest people who are wanted by the state even if the person is doing nothing, also without verifying. For Example if i am a Corrupt i can go arrest everyone who got stars without verifying there Names. He did Targeting after watching my OOC ID. He did Fail RP because he did not checked my passport. he did PG bcz he didnt gave me a Single sec to do anything and placed me in cuffs.

Third i told u are u the owner of this car he said yes and the owner of the that car was wanted + u told me why u give me fine , how did u know i give that car fine xd . + i dont know you xd
