2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I would love to be the Leader of SAHP as it has always been my favourite ORG and it is the ORG i also have the most experience in. I originally started in SAHP as a low rank and over time slowly built up my experience all the way up to Undersheriff. I feel with the knowledge i have gained i could securely and consistently run SAHP as Leader. When i was Undersheriff i learned how the orginisation fully functioned. Under my Leadership activity will be brought to the highest of standards. I feel like SAHP have a vital role in keeping the city's safe. With SAHP correctly and safely patrolling the highways it will reduce the amount of criminal activities occurring out of the city, therefor making it a safer place for the passing civilians.
- I feel that recently in legal orgs not just SAHP, that the new officers coming into the city are not getting as much attention/training that they should receive which is leading to more and more people not wanting to join police forces. Under my leadership i would focus all HRT'S attention on training these officers correctly as well as doing there usual open recruitments and hiring. HRT will receive bonuses for every unit hired and trained in the organisation, This is a good way to balance work with reward so officers always feel appreciated and rewarded and they don't feel forced to do said work. I feel the best way that i can make this organisation strive will be to apply the correct training to all members, whether they have been in a Legal organisation before or not.
- I feel that in some previous terms at SAHP the activity hasn't been the best. Under my Leadership i would make it a priority to get activity to its highest calibre. I would ensure that all 911 calls are responded to with maximum efficiency. I would make sure that all hostage situations/store robberies are attended with maximum force and collaboration with the other Legal Orgs. All members of SAHP will be rewarded with bonuses and promotions. High command positions will only be give to members who fully understand their responsibilities. The high command role will be given to members who fully know how all aspects of the organisation work. Bonuses will be given for every event attended win or lose. Bonuses and promotions will also be given to those who listen to their high commands and are showing good features of an officer.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- Ensure that all situations, emergency calls and events are always attended with maximum strategy, force and communication. Incorporating other organisations into the tactics which would also lead to a strong relationship with the other ORGS. I feel that SAHP is a strong Organisation but i would like to improve all relationships with the other Legal Orgs, this will result in maximum efficiency and response time when attending global or local situations.
HRT ( Human Resource and Training ) - HRT is one of the most important departments. With the correct Troopers running this department then it ensures all new officers are equipped with the knowledge they need.
PR ( Public Relations ) - Public relations is the department that will deal with the backlash from civilians that will come from law suits and subpoenas. PR is used to connect the public and SAHP together.
SWAT ( SWAT ) - This department are the Elites, they will always have maximum coordination and response times will be short to all events.
HWP ( Highway Patrol ) - Highway patrol are the department to manage the highways. Speed traps, highway patrols and towing at all hours ensures the safety of passing civilians on the highways.
IA ( Internal Affairs ) -In my opinion Internal affairs is the most important department in the ORG. With a strict IA leader this will ensure all mistakes are dealt with accordingly.
