Early life
Born to a low-class family in the mining town of Sudbury, Lucielle grew up a ruffian. She would often be the cause of many dramas and conflicts in the neighborhood, fighting with the kids from the nearby First-Nations reservation. In 2004 her father Rodney died when an excavator crushed him in a copper mine. The company had said it was due to user error, but an embittered Lucielle took matters into her own hands and uncovered the truth. The company had not been complying with health and safety laws; had they been, her father would still be alive. It was this tragedy that shaped the rest of her high school years and ignited her passion for justice and the law. She dropped out of high school after the death of her mother Avril by heroin overdose in 2011. It was here at her lowest point she met her first love, Hawk. The boy she had fought with as a child now gave her comfort and solace in her darkest days. They would spend their days at his father's home on the reservation where they would smoke weed and work on their educations together.
Liberty City
In 2014, Lucielle and Hawk received their GED and found jobs with the coast guard, instructing helicopter pilots in Liberty City. It was during their tenure at the coast guard things began to turn bad for the couple. As he drifted more towards the job, Lucy found herself wanting more. before they could act on their differing ideals, tragedy struck. in 2016 during an at sea rescue off the coast of the Alderney Shore, Hawk's Maverick suffered a fault and caused it to plummet into the ocean. Lucielle was devastated and quit on the spot. She took up law studies at Vespucci University in Algonquin, graduating in 2019. When she saved enough money she knew she'd want to move to the real Vespucci beach in sunny Los Santos.
Arrival in San Andreas
In 2022 Lucielle made her dream a reality and moved to San Andreas. She wasted no time establishing herself. Passing the San Andreas State Bar exam under Bianca Pellegrini and Juhny Huxley, she got to work as a private attorney. During this time she married the then Attorney General Charlie Pickins. Eventually she was offered the position of District Court Judge, where she reinvigorated the courtroom. When Charlie took office, she was named Speaker of the House. Things were not all well however. During this time she divorced Charlie and was ultimately dismissed from government in a large upset. With nowhere to go and no one to turn to, Lucielle set her sights on an even greater justice, one she could only achieve at her next employer.
National Guard
The National Guard had become Lucielle's home away from home. The unprecedented access and ability to protect people has given her a new lease on her career and has focussed her on the greater good. The big picture remains in the forefront of her mind as she will do anything to further the safety and betterment of the people she represents. Her role in the National Guard is paramount to the protection of the citizens of San Andreas and the State. Lucielle's unique set of skills caught the eye of General Lewis McDougall who tasked her developing those skills into a usable model. This task was a great success and will only grow.
Lucy's passion is matched only by her resolve. She can take a punch and keep getting up whilst fighting a mental war at the same time. She is sharply focused on whatever her task may be, and will do anything to make sure the job is DONE for the greater good.
Outcomes:
1) Lucielle has no trust in state officials and therefore can lie to any state org member.
2) If the need arises she will torture, rob and/or murder any perceived threat.
3) She will buy and sell illegal items as bargaining tools.
4) Can aide in the release or escape of family members or assets.
5) Lucielle is able to accept and offer bribes.
6) As a trained medic, Lucielle can use medical tools on targets and revive the trauma-induced unconscious.
