Answer:
1. I want to become leader of NG Because National Guard (NG) was the first organization through which I served my Nation. I can say that I got good knowledge about NG working in 3 different terms, experience with great leaders who were very supportive and helpful. I worked in Ng From trainee to captain in my 1st term (Ex-General Michael Smoke) then so on I ended up being COS Of Military Police in (Ex-General Jinx Albo) also handling multiple departments.
2. I aim to ensure the safety and security of our great city and its inhabitants. I believe that every citizen deserves to live without fear of crime, violence, or chaos. With my leadership, I plan to implement effective strategies to combat threats, collaborate with other organization, and maintain order in our community.
3. I believe that a strong leader empowers their team members to grow and succeed. I plan to mentor, guide, and support our guardsmen, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential by fostering a sense of camaraderie, shared purpose, and pride.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
Answer:
I will make sure for Developing and communicating comprehensive RP rules, expectations, and protocols to ensure consistency and clarity between soldiers and high commands. Provide regular training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to help soldiers improve their RP skills and knowledge which will also keep them excited and active for working. I will also like to Offer incentives, such as rewards, promotions, or recognition, to motivate members to excel in RP, There will be no favoritism as I'm strictly against it.
Air Force :
This is an Air Force Department is responsible for conducting aerial patrols and surveillance, Providing air support for ground units and operations, Participating in combat missions and exercises and also Maintaining and operating aircraft.
Military Police :
I will make sure this department will be active because it is responsible for Enforcing military laws and regulations, Maintaining discipline and order within the military base, Investigating crimes and incidents within the base among the soldiers. It has to make sure about training exercises and drills collaborating with other departments, such as the Black Op's and Air Force.
Human Resources :
This Department needs to take care of Managing player applications, Recruitment, and hiring processes, Conducting interviews and background checks, Maintaining player records and databases, Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Black Op’s :
This Department is responsible for Covering Gates If there is no situation, Conducting clandestine missions and operations, Eliminating high-priority targets, Participating in special forces training and exercises, Maintaining secrecy and discretion at all times.
