2. *Extensive LEO Experience:* With experience spanning eight terms across various Law Enforcement Organizations (LEOs), including two terms as leader of LSPD, and additional roles in SAHP and FIB, I possess a comprehensive understanding of LEO operations. Additionally, recognizing the most active high command members will encourage continuous engagement and competition.
2. *Strengthening Organizational Relationships:* Effective interaction with other organizations is crucial. By fostering respectful and professional relationships with groups such as FIB, NG, EMS, and LSPD, we can collaborate on joint operations, share training, and enhance overall roleplay. This collaborative approach will improve event coordination and inter-organizational relations.
3. *Revitalizing the Highway Patrol Unit:* The Highway Patrol Unit is integral to SAHP's operations. Emphasizing traffic enforcement, towing, and insurance checks will improve safety and roleplay.
