Rejected Appeal for ID Unban

I am Banerjee Brothers,
ID no.308112,
I am a player from EN server 1 in 10-09-2024 my ID was ban for 60 days reason threats, issue was that 2 players from Pakistan visited me in farm 1 for buying seeds from my friend we both were negotiating for seeds pricing with those 2 pakistani players but for some pricing issue the deal was unable too done then suddenly 1 pakistani player starting abusing me and my country he call me dirty indians after then i loose my temper then i starting abusing those 2 pakistani players too that was my mistake but unfortunately i have no bodycam too prove my point and the bodycam they showed you was cutted or edited , I sincerely apologize to you for my action but 60 days ban is very unfair punishment for my mistake , if possible then please Unban my ID or atleast reduce my punishment , I will be very Kind of you , this mistake will be never happen again in future . Thanking You for listening me . PLEASE FORGIVE ME .
