Life Story: From a young age Finley was in Illegal stuff as his parents were member of Ballas , but one day his parents were executed by ballas for providing info to LEO's . Once he was 18 he decided to leave the ghetto and live a new life that's why he changed his surname and went to LSPD to clear crimes and eliminate Ballas , he served like 30 years there but in the last he was kicked due to false charges then he joined FIB & served there and again he was fired for false charges but this time he thought legal is also shit and wanted to make a gang of his own to teach LEOs and Ballas a lesson and because of that he started doing robberies and mass murder with his family , but he was knowing it belong to some one other and he wont have full control and thats why he killed the vagos leader and became new leader and now he and vagos are ruling the city taking LEOs as hostage every single second, Mass-Murdering...
Now he wants to make Vagos a Terrorist org and In absence of FIB Vagos are ruling the city and doing many gang shit.
But as we say The enemy of my enemy is my friend and because of that Vagos save SAHP from Ballas on Highways while heavy gun-fight.
Due to evolving in a family like this he have made some innovative inventions such as truth serum , Portable Bodycam attached to Chicken which he carries , ......
