1. Leader of FIB (Federal Investigation Bureau)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
➤ 2 years ago, I joined this beautiful city. A city different from all the ones I have been in. It was unique in that it housed more significant and intriguing individuals than those who were merely harmful. When I originally started, I worked at relatively small occupations like farming, firefighting, and taxi driving until I was introduced to the government. During Vick Vinegar's leadership, I applied for a job with the Government and was hired as a United States Secret Service agent. My Director, Sagi Vinegar, recognised my dedication and elevated me to Captain in less than two weeks. I ended up switching departments from USSS to Public Relations to help others in the city the way I was helped.
➤ Tyrell Johnson succeeded Vick Vinegar as Governor, and I rejoined his team as Director of Secret Service, working with Vanilla Marelli. Maintaining a department was never an easy endeavour, but with faith and assistance, I was able to keep it running well. I never gave up, no matter how difficult it grew. I was able to hold my job for an extended period until Tyrell's title concluded. With Sophia Vuitton serving as interim Governess for 10 days and then as formal Governess for two months, I supported her as Deputy Governor, assisting her with all of the decision-making that came with the position.
➤ During my period as Deputy Governor of San Andreas, I was able to collaborate with the Federal Investigation Bureau. To be honest, I never saw myself wanting to join FIB since I assumed that being a FIB agent would be more difficult than merely being a USSS agent or the Deputy Governor. After Sophia's time ended, I joined FIB as a Secret Agent, which didn't seem satisfying enough, but I stayed until I was appointed Governor, which offered me a better chance and the opportunity to work with FIB's Leader and Deputy Leaders. While I was Governor, I worked with Hank Volkov as Director, and when Omer Hill took over, I joined FIB permanently while being a Secret Agent. That is where I began to like working for that organisation. It offered me the opportunity to discover a side of myself that I had never known existed. My involvement expanded, and I took responsibility in a different way than I ever did as Governor. Of course, I didn't desire a higher rank at the time because I knew I could have worked far more to get it.
➤ Then came Hawk Hill’s term, I could’ve chosen either Chief of Staff or 00 Agent. Back then, admittedly, I still wasn’t certain of my capability of being a higher rank so I decided to be 00 Agent. I wanted to work for the Chief of Staff position, but also, because I didn’t want to burn myself out and I knew that I would if I took over a higher role. I worked harder, harder than I had in the past terms. I did tireless hours on duty, wanting to make sure that the activity was always met, that there was no way that Hawk would be given any warnings. I didn’t do it for him, I did it to prove to myself that, eventually, I would be able to run for FIB Leader. It taught me restraint and the will to overcome myself. I was able to work in different new departments that I have never worked in. Undercover and Spec Ops.
➤ Following that, Ruby's term was the one in which I overdid everything. Staying up all night and working hard to ensure that Ruby was able to obtain 25 casefiles and that the term had all of the staff it needed. I started as Undercover Head of Department, where I reviewed evidence and worked on casefiles, and was later elevated to Assistant Director when Ruby saw my hard work. I didn't desire much higher than that since I knew I didn't have to be Deputy Leader to apply for FIB. I decided to apply for FIB since that is what I enjoy. It is an organisation that I will always return to because it is my second home after the Government.
➤ This is to say that, I have faced many different ranks in FIB that made me want to run for FIB. I was able to be encouraged, to be ambitious and to have set goals that made sure I pursued the dreams that also made me feel like I couldn’t make it. I felt them when I wanted to run for Government and I still feel them wanting to run for FIB. I know that I lack a lot of things but every single day, I learn more and more to make sure I better myself as a Leader and as a follower. They say that there are people in this world that’s meant to lead and those that are meant to follow, but I think that everybody, in their life, has reached both stages. You have to follow, learn and abide by what’s being taught to you in order for you to lead and teach the newer generation.
➤ I took a 6 month break to better myself as a person, however within those days, I was able to be a part of Satriko Narcos’ term to be able to do what I once did and find joy in it. I recently came back in Jay Jodd’s term and was given 00 Agent as well as given a high command position in S.A.U. I was able to accumulate enough hours on duty to enjoy the city again and fly in every single day to hang out with the people I appreciate and love.
➤ I am not perfect and I will make mistakes along the way, just like I made mistakes in the past, however, I will not let these mistakes and these obstacles stop me from wanting to reach and achieve what I want in life. I will not let these mistakes mess up the beautiful and earned position of being a part of FIB moving forward. I want FIB to thrive and I will always make sure that I become a big part of its success.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
It is essential to have great department Heads to make sure that the Roleplay is efficient and smooth. Teamwork and communication is the best way to make sure that the RolePlay is being met, but also to make sure that everybody feels listened to and important in the organisation. Each department have responsibilities that needs to be fulfilled in order for the organisation to run such as :
Raids + Undercover:
Satriko Narcos hold the record for the least days for a casefile. 20 days to be exact. Now, I am not trying to beat his record, however, I will want to be able to use his strength and his knowledge to try and meet his days. In order for that to happens, a great and skilled team of undercovers agent will need to be put in charge of different things such as ghetto evidence, store evidence, gun store evidences and other evidences in order to make sure that the casefiles are both, unique and pleasant to have a look at and, be good enough to be accepted. A good head will need to be assigned as such to make sure that they know what they are doing and that they know the laws that are being broken well enough.
Activity:
FIB is a very well organised organisation where people come to work because they love it. Which means that high commands will be assigned due to their time zones but also their level of acknowledgement about the organisation to make sure no rules are being broken and that everything is smooth. We will be hiring the mornings, the afternoon, the evenings and nights to cover enough people to be able to have a functioning organisation at all times. At all times, the goal is to have at least 10 FIB on duty minimum to hopefully keep the city safe and sound from all criminals.
Department:
FIB is a structured organisation that needs to be maintained with different departments, such as Undercover, S.A.U, Spec Ops and etc. But, in order to maintain these departments and communication. In which case, announcement of any changements to the departments will need to be said 48 hours in advance before it actually changes so that the people can adjust to the upcoming changes that their departments will be going through.
Departments :
Human Resources: The basic purpose of human resources (HR) is to efficiently manage an organization's people capital in order to fulfil its strategic objectives. HR departments are in charge of duties including talent acquisition, employee development, and maintaining strong employee relationships. They also maintain legal compliance and try to establish a welcoming and engaging work environment that contributes to the organization's overall performance.
Undercover: The primary goal of an undercover operation is to acquire knowledge, accomplish surveillance, or analyse individuals or organisations that are engaging in unlawful or questionable actions while concealing the actual identity of the law enforcement or intelligence official involved. Undercover operations are often used to gather evidence, prevent illegal activities, or dissolve criminal organisations by entering their ranks secretly. The particular aims might vary greatly depending on the nature of the operation, but the overall purpose is to maintain secrecy while gathering essential information or evidence to aid law enforcement or national security initiatives.
Spec Ops: Special Operations, or Spec Ops, mainly deals with carrying out specialised and clandestine military activities that go beyond standard operations. These operations have a variety of goals, including counterterrorism, unconventional warfare, direct action, and intelligence collection, typically in difficult and hazardous settings. Special Operations troops are specially trained to do these missions with precision and discretion.
S.A.U: Their job is to lead events for different situations. They negotiate, they assign what happens during these events. They come up with solutions if there are solutions that need to be made. This department only takes care of heavy loaded duties which is to make sure that all events are won and different scenarios have different solutions.
