Rejected GR 5.3 and MASS CR

I understand the MASS CR but they other two guys started it and was trying to kill us and just kept ramming us when we left are car to try fight back. when the dministator puts us into Ajail i do understand it but when it is just me and ID 50 who get put in Ajail and not the other two guys who was doing it first and ramming us i didnt understand why so i contacted a administator and SatrikoNarcos the guy who put me and id 50 in ajail replied back saying you shouldn't being doing it back to them implying he knows they was doing it to us like he was just watching them. so i said that back to him and then administrator AureliusYvo bans me for GR 5.3 for 7 days because all i need was tell him that he is implying that they was doing it as well.
i dont understand how you can ban some one for 7 days because i said my opinion back to a administator. it is clear that they are friends with the two guys who was ramming us and only wanted me and ID 50 to get put into Ajail
