hello dear admin

I got a ban for er1.7 few days ago and then i try to unban and Adham reduce my ban for 7 days so i leave the game for 7days and now i try to login in its shows that i am blacklist by

I want to know the reason why i am blacklist i am not in city for past more than 1week what i did wrong
