i recived a waring yesterday for rdm even the guy put 20 second video and that does not show in full what happened he has a bio and was trying to do stuuf to my fam member which in ic law i can do so how can it be rdm

You were punished correctly still in any case you cannot shoot without demands, read gen rule 6.15
Also if you have pov of him breaking any rule always you can report the person in complaint about player section
