Hello I got banned for no reason 1.4 twink knowing that this is my first account I would like to know why I got banned suddenly EL RICK

Mon premier a était ban permanent pour insulte envers el pepe ( que j'aimerai lui faire des excuse en personne ) et a apparemment pour cheat (sans preuve)
J'ai crée mon deuxième compte suite a ce bannissement , puis j'ai déménager et changer de box internet (donc ip) et aujoud'hui je me fait bannir pour raison 1.4RG twink par El Rick.
J'aimerai savoir si possible être de-banni afin de pouvoir plaider ma cause.

My first was a permanent ban for insulting El Pepe (which I would like to apologize to him in person) and apparently for cheating (without proof)
I created my second account following this ban, then I moved and changed internet box (i.e. IP) and today I am banned for 1.4RG twink by El Rick.
I would like to know if possible if I can be unbanned so that I can plead my case.
