ID 80351 is breaking GR 6.17 he put against me a forum but when I see the proof I cannot see any overlay's recorded so I request you to please check that he is breaking GR 6.17 or not.

You cant complain about admins decision by filing a complaint against a player
and you cannot use other players POV to report them
