I am new player I changed revolver skin and after I changed it I was playing in arena to test it and I was testing it but I got permanent ban because the revolver skin was illegal but when I was about to change the revolver skin i got permanent ban can you please reduce my ban I really didn't meant to use that and I wont use any illegal revolver skin again please reduce my ban
