2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


I have been part of many organizations since I was announced in this game; Now that its all inspiring me to use what I know as a member and experience both the citizens and police Dept. My goal as Chief is to lead with honesty and promote the highest level of security of our community support and guide my department.

• Passion for Public Safety: Community safety is a cause that I have always been passionate about. Becoming the head of this department would place me in a position where I can make key decisions on the methods applied in the undertaking of policing operations, safeguarding justice and at the same time trying to gain public confidence and goodwill. This is not only about enforcing law but also how all actors ensure the security and dignity of all people.

• Improving Team Morale and Performance: To me, leadership shapes the behavior of the group. Therefore, I see myself in this position inspiring and encouraging our officers and making sure that all people are appreciated and no one goes unheard. Teamwork is built by scouting for their development and making new and effective ways of communication and functioning that will achieve the department’s mission and improve the spirits of the staff.

• Bringing New Ideas for Crime Prevention: In this position, I would be in a position to recommend new ways and means that could assist in combating crime. I want the department to advance whether it is by providing innovative police officers that practice community policing or introducing new technologies or using available data effectively. And not only responding to the crimes that were committed, but to make them inhibited and to make the community safer for every person.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• Inspire Dimensional Characters: Inspire members to craft a more layered past for their characters. It would also make interactions more powerful as well and give a clear direction for the events, making roleplay more real.

• Real-life scenarios: Make sure the use-cases are practical and relate to the situations you might experience in everyday life. More realistic events help to ground things, and it adds depth, whether or not you find that responding to calls or dealing with internal conflicts is RP

• Facilitate Communication & Collaboration: Good communication amongst the members is very important. Hold regular roleplay training sessions for officers to improve working together in different scenarios. It helps make the need story more cohesive and convincing for all parties
